  • What payment methods are accepted for online ordering?

  • Is my personal data safe?
    Our online store follows strict security procedures and carefully stores the information you provide to prevent it from being used by unauthorized parties. The website also does not record any credit card information, please click here to view the privacy policy.
  • Is there a delivery service?
    If the discounted amount of the purchased goods is less than HK$1,000, the customer will be required to pay a shipping fee of $100. If the discounted amount of the purchased goods exceeds HK$1,000 - $3,000, the customer is required to pay a shipping fee of $200. If the discounted amount of the purchased product is HK$3,000 or above, the customer is required to pay $250 for shipping. If delivery is to Tung Chung/Ma Wan/Discovery Bay, additional shipping fee will be charged, which is HK$350.
  • Are there any other surcharges for the delivery service?
    In the following cases, our delivery service is not included and additional surcharges will apply: There is no lift at the delivery location or the goods must be delivered via stairs Charge: $50 per item per layer Furniture needs to be pushed more than 50 meters after unloading Charge: From 50 meters to within 100 meters $150 From 100 meters to within 200 meters $200 More than 200 meters $300 Furniture disposal Charge: Will be determined based on the actual situation and the size of the furniture
  • Is the delivery service package installed?
    The delivery service does not include installation. If customers require installation services, they must select "Installation Required" when purchasing the product and complete the payment. General assembly and wall mounting services Charge: 15% of the selling price of the goods Furniture installation services Charge: Will be determined based on the actual situation and the size of the furniture Remarks: If the customer has additional furniture installation services, please note that delivery and installation are not carried out on the same day. Generally, a technician will come to install it within 5-7 working days after delivery. (We will make an appointment with the customer first)
  • Delivery areas include?
    Delivery service is limited to local areas only, and there is no overseas delivery. The delivery area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and designated outlying island areas: Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Tung Chung; Not applicable to the following outlying island areas: Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau , Shek Pik, Po Lin Temple, Tai O and Hong Kong International Airport. Areas where delivery services are not available include: restricted areas, road sections inaccessible to trucks of 5.5 tons (or above), exhibition venues, warehouses, hotels, houseboats/boats, container terminals, passenger terminals, and goods must be hung into the house through the balcony. or where the on-site environment does not allow the delivery of purchased goods.
  • Can I cancel a confirmed order?
    For custom-made products, our company does not accept customer cancellations and requests for refunds. If the customer insists on canceling the order, the customer must give up the deposit or payment paid. If the product is not made to order and the customer cancels the order before delivery, the invoice deposit or purchase price will not be refunded. The customer can exchange for other products of equal value.
  • Can I return the product after receiving it?
    Please refer to the following return policy: 1. All products are non-refundable 2. All products in the online store (excluding custom-made products and discounted products) can be returned or exchanged within seven days from the date of arrival. 3. If the product is defective due to the transportation process or the product itself is defective, returns and exchanges can be made within seven days from the date of arrival. 4. Returned goods must provide the original valid payment receipt and the original packaging must be retained. 5. If the price of the new replacement product is lower than the originally purchased product, the difference will not be refunded. 6. When returning or exchanging goods, please make a reservation via WhatsApp first. Returns will not be accepted if the original outer box is damaged or the product is missing parts. 7. Custom-made products are not allowed to be returned, exchanged or refunded.
  • Is there any door-to-door measuring service?
    Yes, as long as you confirm the preliminary quotation and pay the deposit, we provide free door-to-door measurement service.
  • How long does it take to produce furniture?
    It usually takes 4-8 weeks, depending on the case.
